Plog-olution comes from the word plogging. Plogging originates from Sweden. It combines the word jogging with plocka upp, the Swedish word for picking up litter. It is a mixture of running/walking whilst picking up rubbish. It brings communities together and helps clean up and promote healthy living.
The children are provided with latex gloves and a collection bag. On wet days we advise children to wear a waterproof jacket and clothing suitable for this activity. If your child has PE on this day can they bring their PE kit in a bag.
